These are the starting templates every engagement is built from: the paper you'll actually sign before anything starts, filled in with your details and the specifics of the SOW. They are a starting point, not final legal language until reviewed and agreed for a real engagement. The terms and refund policy they reference is the same policy that applies everywhere else on this site, including the gaps still pending legal review listed there. These pages are not indexed by search engines until they've been reviewed.

Every engagement signs all three before work starts, as described on the engagements page.

  • Statement of Work (SOW)

    Scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for a specific engagement tier.

  • Mutual NDA

    Keeps what either side shares during the engagement confidential.

  • IP Assignment Addendum

    Assigns the deliverables built for you to you, and states what RossTech keeps.
